The editor took interest in me since New Yorkers can stream us live on the internet at www.latino963.com and she heard my crazy ass on the radio!! That sparked the question who is Raq-C? I have been reading Latina Magazine for the last, I would say 6 years. It’s a magazine that I really enjoy and learn from. It represents my culture to the fullest, it has stories I can relate to, stories that inspire me, and stories that motivate me.
I told myself “one day I want to be able to share a little bit of my journey in radio with Latina Magazine” and look the day has come. One day I will be on the cover!
My girl Kat Von D is on the cover……another successful Latina doing it big!!!

Shout out to all my thick, plump, full-figured, meaty ladies that aren’t ashamed to have meat on there bones like me. CURVES ARE IN LADIES! I know Hollywood and the media puts pressure on us to have a perfect body but the reality is I cannot be a size 0. It’s just not happening! There is nothing more sexy than a woman that is comfortable in her own skin! Dont be ashamed to work it ladies 🙂
