WOW!! Thank you to everyone that entered the “Thanksgiving with Raq-C” contest conducted exclusively thru www.raqconline.com.  I’m honored that you shared your stories with me and my family.  You inspire me!  

This decision was not an easy one to make, but here it goes!  The winners for Thanksgiving dinner delivered personally by me are…drum roll please!

So this weekend I was out and about at different hot spots. When I go to the clubs I’m usually hosting the club and if not, I like to have a good time anyways!! I’ve seen alot of “krazy” things at a club and Ladies this one’s for you.  This is one of the top things we MUST NEVER do ladies!  Not only is it not the place,  but it makes you look very un-classy (you know I had to take a pic right? I’m always working)!

On Thursday night I got to chill with my girls @ Minx in Glendale….definitely good times! That night I saw something I had never seen at a club before, and trust me I’ve been to a lot of clubs.  Actually now that I think about it, I’ve never seen anything like this before EVER!  In the VIP section they had candles on the tables right…well this chick was sooooo faded her hair caught on fire! Dayyuummm! It was so CRAZY! She was so tipsy she didn’t even react! Insane! Craziest sh*t I’ve ever seen….Pobresita! Besides that – it was another great night with the girls!

So Wednesday night I had the honor of attending the 3rd album release party for Mariachi Reyna De Los Angeles, at Cielito Lindo Restaurant in El Monte…..they are the first ever ALL female Mariachi in the United States! They are truly amazing!

Hope you all had an amazing weekend!  Mine was awesome!  So here’s a lil something you might not know about me….I’ve had the bad habit of biting my nails since I was a lil girl, so now as an adult I’m always raq’n the acrylic nails! Well this past Friday I was feeling especially spicy so I got them done Ivy Queen style!!  Hhheeeyyyy….Wild, flashy & funky…….I LOVE THEM!!!

So last night I was cruising through Pasadena and look what I found…….YUP, a street with my last name! WOO WOO! I was cruising with a good friend and tell me why I got super excited like a lil girl when I saw it. It’s the lil things that make LIFE so worth-while! I even had to stop to take a picture! 🙂
