I am always looking for healthy alternatives when it comes to what I put into my mouth. Eating is so key in weight loss. So I was at Stater Brothers today and look what I found….

healthy tortillas, high in fiber (fiber is good because it sweeps your colon so all the toxins from your body can come out fast and keep you healthier), low in fat & low in carbs. I was lucky enough to get invited to the Expo Latino 2009 as a special guest. I got a cool award from TNT agency…they surprised me I had no idea. Ladies……clutch purses are a must have when you go out on the weekend to a restaurant, bar, lounge or club. Carrying around your big ol purse is just not the business.
