I had the opportunity to participate in the 4th L.A.U.R.A (Life After Uncivilized Ruthless Acts) peace & unity fair. Its a organization designed to bring awareness & recognize the families of innocent homicide victims. The organization was named after Laura who was murdered in front of her house, a victim of a senseless drive by shooting!!

I had the pleasure to interview Laker basketball player/champion….Ron Artest on my show this morning! What a GREAT, SUCCESSFUL, HUMBLE dude. I love interviewing humble cats. It makes my job so much easier & enjoyable! Plus it lets me knows that some celebs are still grounded.

She’s lost 132lbs….she got the lap-band surgery & just 5 weeks ago she got a tummy tuck with Dr. Boris!! She’s looking & feeling fabulous!

She is complete different woman. But she made a conscience CHOICE & decision to not be heavy anymore! She has completely changed her eating habits & her whole outlook on life has changed. Im so proud of you sis.
