I have been sooo busy lately…all over Los Angeles-non stop!  Hheeyyyy!!  This weekend is no exception. I’m especially excited for this weekend, as I’m venturing into new territory and will be participating in my very 1st fashion show tomorrow- October 25!  I’ve been invited to be the model for a “Live Kustom Kut” by the Queen of Kut herself Danielle Kelly.  Her work is amazing, very unique and funky….just like me! In today’s edition of “Throwback” Thursday’s we look back at the Queen of VHS workout video’s – Jane Fonda! This lady was very popular at my house!  I think my mom had every video Jane Fonda ever made….her and my sister would workout with Jane Fonda and I remember thinking how cool they looked! Hahaha!  I would put my “workout clothes” on and try to join them all the time, but they would kick me out because I was too little!  You know me, always wanted to be in the mix!  

So here’s to one sexy abuelita…work it mama!!

YAY! So Sunday was my day of giving back to the less fortunate! I dedicated the whole day to an amazing cause. My friends at ESPERANZA 4 U, were on a mission to collect rice & beans to feed the needy children of Baja California. It’s amazing how something so simple like beans and rice can make so many kids and families happy this holiday season.

We collected over 200 pounds of beans and rice!! 🙂

It was a bike ride and the ending point was Frisco’s Diner in the City of Industry! My family was there to support like always and it was a great turn out. Next year will be bigger and better!

WOW! What a dream come true…..

I have been reading Latina Magazine for the last, I would say 6 years. It’s a magazine that I really enjoy and learn from. It represents my culture to the fullest, it has stories I can relate to, stories that inspire me, and stories that motivate me.

I told myself “one day I want to be able to share a little bit of my journey in radio with Latina Magazine” and look the day has come. One day I will be on the cover!

My girl Kat Von D is on the cover……another successful Latina doing it big!!!

My girl Beyonce is really working that Jelly in this video!! I love it!!

Shout out to all my thick, plump, full-figured, meaty ladies that aren’t ashamed to have meat on there bones like me. CURVES ARE IN LADIES! I know Hollywood and the media puts pressure on us to have a perfect body but the reality is I cannot be a size 0. It’s just not happening! There is nothing more sexy than a woman that is comfortable in her own skin! Dont be ashamed to work it ladies 🙂
