My mom makes the bombest salads and she has taught me well, first you get ORGANIC greens, bell peppers (green & yellow) half an apple (cut it up in lil squares) cranberries, purple onion, sliced almonds and my favorite dressing, Asian toasted sesame!!!! Mix it up all up together and you got a healthty, filling lunch…..eat your greens!!

Eminem is Definitley back! Wow….and he’s talking sh*t about everyone! Kim K, Sara Palin, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, & Samantha Ronson! The video is hilarious. Make sure u look out for his new album, Relapse, droppin May 19th. I love Eminem because he is NOT afraid to be different! Le vale madre!!! 🙂

I had to take you real back today to one of my favorite cartoons growing up, Ducktales! Omg, I remember I used to rush from school, change out of my school uniform because I used to go to private school in Riverside and go directly to the refrigerator and grab a snack, some string cheese, a capri-sun or maybe even some lunchables and get in front of the TV and watch Ducktales. I used to love singing along to the song, Ducktales oooooooowwwwwww! Awwwww the good-ol days of being a kid and not having responsibilities! Damn, those days fly!!!

Let me begin by saying that I LOVE SELENA. They day she died I cried! It impacted me becasue she was so young and I looked up to her!!! I loved her music and that she was such a strong Latina that was able to break so many barriers by just being herself! That’s Beautiful 🙂
Today marks 14 years that she passed! So I had to take a moment and honor her….
